Do you work directly inside my GoHighLevel account?

Yes. With your permission, I can work directly inside your GoHighLevel account or sub-account to build, fix, or optimize what you need.

Is this official GoHighLevel support?

No. I’m an independent GoHighLevel specialist. This means you get hands-on, practical help—not ticket-based support or long wait times. Use High Level support for simple issues, use me for building out complex automations, populating your CRM, building tagging, smartlists, funnels and sites. These are things that HighLevel will not help you with.

Do I need a long-term contract or subscription?

Not at all. All help is offered on a one-time or pay-as-you-go basis. No retainers, no commitments.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

That’s common. We’ll quickly assess your account and focus on the highest-impact fixes or improvements during your session.

Can you help with existing automations or messy setups?

Yes. I regularly help clean up overbuilt workflows, broken triggers, and confusing CRM structures.

How do I get started?

Simply book a session or reach out with your question. We’ll clarify scope, pricing, and next steps before any work begins.

How does payment work?

We'll first talk over the phone, zoom or instant messenger and scope out what the work or training entails. After the scope is determined, pricing will be determined and an estimate will be sent to you. Once the estimate is agreed upon, you will pay half the cost up front before I begin any work. The other half will be collected after the scope of the work is finished.

What types of payment do you accept?

An invoice will be sent to you. Our payment processor is stripe and a 3% processing fee will be applied to your invoice. This can be paid via a credit card, debit card or ACH payment. I do not accept Venmo or Zelle.
